Okay, so I found Vittorio Assaf, listed as someone in Epstein's blackbook.
Those links give a little info on his business and his partner.
The last links are about the restaurant in that hotel before Serafina took that spot over. And also a story about the Hotel's owner getting caught with drugs.
Sera Fina in Italian means Fine evening. BUT Sera fina in Latin means Bar Chromatography https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromatography
You can read what chromatography is and see how that's sort of a strange name to pick. That procedure can be used to distill Adrenochrome
Anyhow, Serafina in New York connects to a princess that worked there as well.(link above)
Serafina has places all over the world. Two in New York within a few miles of one another(underground tunnel networks, likely between them) ALSO one location is across the street from a museum.
I'm not exactly sure what to make of this, but it's some stuff I found this morning. Not really sure how to lay it out for a PG thread, so I put it here for anyone that's interested.
