I found this excerpt in the first article very interesting: "Not the White House, it was 100 percent not the White House,” she then attempted as she rejoined the group before leaving Legend to explain: "He was not elected yet."

They were at the White House with Obama before he was elected? Who invited them, and why was he there?

Then, the second article listed above states that Legend revealed it was at a campaign event for Obama. So, maybe their escapade wasn't at the White House after all, but it all seems really sordid at this point, so who knows what really happened.

Another article that mentions this, and the name of another name/location we should put under the microscope:
