Not a lawyer, but i do know in most cases the plaintiff ,in order to gain standing to sue, has to prove both the

  1. Breach of a Duty & also

  2. Distinct & palpable damages which must be fairly traceable to whatever Duty was breached, but not alleged damages which are hypothetical & conjectural.

Even the best lawyer would have problems getting standing plus the fact that this deals with being up against the PTB.

If someone plagiarizes your work and won't add attribution after you request it then you can use that information to increase your market share at their expense by piggybacking onto their target market (using SEO techniques).

OP (@seriousDude), ALL the commenters in this thread (@cumwithme, @altnewshost, @fearisnotanoption, @FREESYRIA, @GarlifieldsFriend, @stickit, @SGTsteve, @boxingHelenahhh, @WhiteNigger, @AngryTurd, @Im-with-him, @realjustice), some other users commenting on the original thread (@breakdancerbb, @communityleader, @concernedMother, @deltaniner, @dominoesonpizza, @downwithcomet, @getOFFmyKID, @greatperson, @hitlerdidnothing, @JesusWillSaveUs, @OnMyRag, @rodeoclown, @suicideWatch, @SweetBBQguy, @wizeman), and possibly more are all accounts just a few hours old, registered exclusively to comment aggressively on this topic, and they seem to all be heavily pushing the agenda of a lawsuit against the owner of pizzagate.com. See my observations of downwithcomet. I'm suspecting that this is both to discourage sharing the results of investigation on the web in the future, and to hijack the focus and resources of the community and make us invest in a lawsuit that has nothing to do with the original investigation, potentially providing grounds for the media to smear us for it.

Don't feed the fire shills are trying to start.

I've banned the users from /v/pizzagate.
