I made this brand new account to prove that raising in-sub ccp limits has no effect on submissions

I just made this account and here I am in a subverse with the insub limit raised to 100ccp and I am able to submit. I have 0ccp in this sub and on the site.

No. It says 2. CCP: 2.

There's no 100 ... anywhere ...

Again, for the last time: I support reinstating the 100 CCP barrier before members can post a submission.
