I made this brand new account to prove that raising in-sub ccp limits has no effect on submissions

I just made this account and here I am in a subverse with the insub limit raised to 100ccp and I am able to submit. I have 0ccp in this sub and on the site.

No the point is use this post to see what we're talking about. The goal is to fight shills, right? Well I just made a new account the way shills do and your settings didn't prevent it from posting. Also I wanted you to see how new accounts are affected. Upvote my comments, then in 10 min check this account's profile. You will see it is still zero.
