But the question would be where that picture was taken so we could maybe identify wherabouts of this guy. So I've copied that picture for search in Google and found this:

What is very interesting is that place where jabbaroos was walking around is only 100 meters from L'Enfant Cafe Bar which was closed in 2017 [ just after Pizzagate ] of which co-owner was friend of James Alefantis and had so called "La Boum Boum Room"

What we should specify about this neighborhood it's a place where James Alefantis took inspiration for his Comet logo with reversed pentagrams [ so called stars ]:

The name came from a neon "Comet" sign that Alefantis found at Comet Liquor in the city's Adams Morgan neighborhood.[1]

According to what I've read and seen this part of D.C.{Kalorama} is full of embassies and wealthy people and Adams Morgan is this wealthy place bordering it but very different, chaotic, multicultural, diverse.
