There is apparently a restaurant that was active on Twitter around that same time using the hashtag. Weirdly, when I looked it up, Twitter suggested I would also like "Koch Industries".

When I searched the hashtag, there was also tweet from 2016 mentioning Assange being silent since the "pizzajet" scandal. That leads me to believe that Twitter was autofilling "pizzajet" instead of "pizzagate" at some point.
