" I found a google maps pin of a random pizza delivery place while walking my dog. It's in the residential neighborhood Bel Air, an affluent suburb of Los Angeles.
The pin is located at a house in the middle of this neighborhood.
1201 Chantilly Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90077
It had strange reviews/reviewers and figured I would post it on reddit and see if anyone can find more info. The community has helped unearthed some more properties that are houses but have the same Nica inc name. Some share the name numbers. Each one is a different business like chapel, welder, cafe, freight shipping. Some of those pins have intriguing and disturbing reviews and reviewers. Also good to mention that the other location are also in affluent neighborhoods like palisades, Hollywood hills, Malibu ect.
What's I'm suggesting is we could have possible uncovered a network used by traffickers.
Checkout some of the address posted here and their locations, reviews, reviewers, and owners...

...I have been reading about everything about pizzagate/pedogate for the last few days now and I seriously think I'm onto something here. What I think is happening is when someone comes forth with a nugget of truth that needs to be explored, it gets lost in the avalanche of information. Out of 100 things posted 2 things could actually be true and needs digging. But 98 things are a stretch so all of it is a stretch. Such a predicament... "

THIS is the same story with THE FINDERS WAREHOUSE and WEXNER/EPSTEIN associated LLCs! On paper they appeared to be jewelry / wholesale companies but definitely werent in nice retail buildings youd sell a rolex or diamond out of. It would make a great money laundering front (like art) as they deal with small high value items and transactions that are difficult to track or quantify, from all over the world. I'd consider [ jewelry wholesale ] a red flag business when corroborated by other suspicion.
