So little Jimmy snatches up another business. Three on the same strip now, must be something real good about that place huh? By the way, I'm not suggesting anything is dodgy here, but he now has three properties (that we know of) that have basements, in Buck's, Buckaroos, and Pegasus.

Anyway, to the details.

The building owner is still CONNEB II LLC but Alefantis is taking the reigns. Searching Opencorporates and following Alefantis' business links a while back gave a new LLC by the name of 'Actual Space LLC'. The trading name at the time only stated 'Central' but this has since been updated to "Buckaroos" which can be seen here https://archive.is/lBjrz

A quick search of that name threw up some local links mentioning the opening of the new establishment, which is to be a "Californian food" theme, which seems to mean Mexican food. The following are a few examples to confirm that this is indeed the case, that it's Alefantis', and that it's the site of the former Besta Pizza shop that mysteriously went under during Pizzagate (but hey, it's just fake news, right?):

More digging is obviously needed to see what else is going on and if there are any other links to be made from this.
