Given that White House leaker QAnon has convinced millions of people Chandler used her modeling agency to procure child victims for Jeffery Epstein and friends, and her Instagram account was originally public, I would think the content would fall under Fair Use as part of the ongoing news story surrounding Epstein. It's certainly in the public interest.
