Here's info on the property:

  • Property assessed at half a million $
  • Sold for 1.7k $ in 2011

..wtf..

Check out that address on Google maps.

  • Right next to a pre-school with a large open playground
  • Shares a building with an acting class and casting agent
  • Shares carpark with a dilapted building where a video production company has operated for over 50 years
  • Video production company has small, darkened square window that overlooks the playground
  • Google 3011 Dixwell Ave and the only name I can find is a Fred J Criscuolo who runs an accountants but used to own custom pallet firms.

I'll add and investigate 3011 Dixwell Ave New Haven, Connecticut on my crosspost regarding addresses and indications They may be still operating. I have found numerous indications. Please feel free to copy paste or weigh in there too.
