The video is from a guy who has virtually no subscribers and seems to take random videos of hazardous traffic situations and for reasons unknown, one of them is squarely out in front of Ping Pong in DC from 2 years ago. Turn up the audio and look at the comments. 😳

It's been discussed at length here on pg, I guess ultimately it's just unsafe ping pong and the sound of what appears to be a child screaming. Another item we added to the pile of creepy weird shit and comet ping pong. I dont recall anyone dragging anything further out of its content. But that's some good sleuthing and thanks for posting it here id be delighted if fresh eyes could see something new.

Frank Winstead, the guy that filmed it, was on the local ANC (D.C.) board and was trying to prevent Alefantis from adding a patio for outdoor seating in front, and change the closing time to accommodate live bands at Comet. He seemed to suspect Comet of questionable activity and made a few serious accusations about Alefantis at a public meeting on the subject. There is a recording of it on You Tube below. I and others posted all of this in the past.
