DC Tunnels [New leads] (pizzagate)

The topic of tunnels under DC, some being hundreds of years old, has been the subject of debate. It is rumored that there is a main tunnelway up Connecticut Ave, extending past CPP. It has been theorized that many places of pedo activity occur within close proximity to these tunnels. Access is tightly controlled. Strategic real estate. Think underground arcade area.

There have also been some stories of little sections of tunnels here and there. If the main tunnel was a "superhighway" built for secret transports in 1791, then anyone who could build clandestine access to the main tunnel (like building an exit off I-95) could be tempted to connect if they had resources. This was Victorian Silk Road on the Darkweb. Liquor, drugs, women, children, slaves, all of "this" existed back then.

Note Dyar's Smithsonian connection, interesting because the Hotel Palomar (site of the former Pelham Courts Apts. where the truck fell through to the tunnel) partners with the Smithsonian to create an ill-defined thing they call **"Art in Motion"** at their hotels in DC and other hub cities like Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Phoenix.

The hotel was sold two weeks ago

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB) has sold the Hotel Palomar Washington, D.C., for $141.5 million, continuing the company’s selloff of its Greater Washington assets.

The sale of the 335-room Kimpton-managed hotel closed Friday [February 22, 2019], per a release. A buyer is not named, and the deal had not shown up in the Recorder of Deeds as of 9 a.m. Monday [Feb. 25]. Hotel Palomar is located at 2121 P St. NW.

Note that when Dyar moved from 21st Street to 804 B Street SW (renamed Independence Ave.), he again dug multi-level tunnels under the property. Interesting data point of no known relevance: Dyar and king of pedos Alfred Kinsey were both entomologists, Dyar specializing in moths and butterflies and Kinsey in gall wasps

Yeah. Interesting that Pebblebrook Hotel Trust is selling off its Greater Washington assets. If they're involved in DC area pizzagate, could be they're scurrying for the exits as the sealed indictments pile up.

I'd be surprised if they were dumping one hotel for that reason. Unless they are rushing to demolish the building...
