Sorry about my earlier post on this same subject, I was unaware that "link posts" were no longer allowed here.

Quick summary: WtP is associated with The Endurance International Group via DNS records. TEIG is being investigated (since at least 10/5/17) and it appears to be a sealed case (see images below).

They're connected how now? They're websites have the same webhost?

uh no. that is not how DNS records work. You cannot set a domain's nameservers unless you actually own the domain name.
What tool was used in that screenshot? Can you link to it?
