Instagram was probably created for just this purpose. It's a huge part of the global economy. It's all about PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY. When something is not written, but communicated VISUALLY, intent is harder to prove. It injects subjectivity. @sinclair recently illustrated this in another post referring to the child (#carisjames) featured in jimmycomet's public Instagram photos:

sinclair:

"I''ll paint a human picture for you. Get ready... Perhaps, James is the godfather of Caris Cummings, a close friend's little girl, who's in the picture. Maybe he adores the girl. He creates a hashtag, called, #carisjames, to broadcast all the crazy things him and the little girl do together. Whatever other story you want, I feel pretty certain, it's a combination of his name and her name #together. Get it? You decide how it got that way from there."

septimasexta:

""He loves that little girl a lot and dodes on her." (I think you mean "dotes") Yes, and also calls the cute baby with it's mouth open a #hotard. Next theory?"

sinclair: "So he's an idiot. All I'm saying is that it's not a secret code. It's just the two names together. Why does it have to be more complex than that?"

Are you suggesting we believe that subjectivity would manifest itself as doubt for the skeptic (CarisJames must mean something coded), or could be closure for someone looking for quick answers (CarisJames is just the two names as one hashtag).

Note: I don't want to leave the impression I know anything, because I'm guessing like everyone else; I speculate because like puzzles.
