An article published on the BBC website today reports the findings of children's charity the NSPCC, that instagram is the worst offender for child grooming.
Police in England and Wales recorded 1,944 incidents of sexual communication with children in the six months to September 2018, the NSPCC says. Instagram was used in 32% of the 1,317 cases where the method was recorded, Facebook in 23% and Snapchat in 14%.
The NSPCC said Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat together made up 70% of the 1,317 cases in that six-month period where police had recorded the method used.
The NSPCC said the figures did not "fully reflect the scale of the issue", as many crimes go undetected or unreported.

Hypothetically speaking of course, if you were doing a background check for an adult candidate to work with young children and then hypothetically found this PUBLIC Instagram cache of photos of babies and young children, would you still consider hiring this person for the job? https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1576012
The intent behind these photos may not be provable in court, but human instinct may prevail in forming an actionable conclusion. Just my OPINION.

Hypothetically speaking, would you vote for a political candidate whose members of their inner circle was closely associated with this person? The court of public OPINION matters.
