comey reckons he 'cant recall' if he really investigated it. Claims he 'told his staff to give it the appropriate place' but doesnt know if it resulted in investigations

Remember when they were pushing the idea that just READING Podesta's emails on Wikileaks was illegal and could result in FBI investigating us? :-)
