Any flesh on a human skull in the desert would mean fresh or mummified. That did not look mummified.This is not a wasteful environment, and most things look for food at night.
Without proper forensics? Border towns are not known for that. I am an outdoorsman, and from what I saw from the extremely grainy video, that looked like flesh attached. It does not matter who is right in that argument inasmuch as the fact that something is not good here. By here, I mean out in the desert border, and possibly right here on our board. If anyone is disturbed by this, then they can comfort themselves by knowing, that is the way you are supposed to feel.

Possible blood splatter (dried blood)? If so, then that child was definetely murdered.
