Given the excellent thread by @13Buddha regarding that patent for mixing blood into concrete, its entirely possible that Cemex could also be involved in body disposal methods for murdered children.
Historical notes --
Blood was used in the building of Rochester Cathedral in Kent, England, in the ninth century:
sorry to nitpick but a close read of the terrazzo flooring page you linked to reveals that they were referencing dragon's blood, a tree resin that is naturally a deep red color. But I'd still wager that there's lot of actual blood in the concrete.
Upvoat, thank you!! I literally had to look up if actual lizards' blood is even red, before I posted that.... But what they are actually referring to, dragon's blood resin, is, according to the internet, heavily used by witches. That's strange too. I will edit my comment.
The blood of ALL Chordata phylum (fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals) life is red. That's because their hemoglobin uses iron as its transport metal. Compare with insects, who use copper, thus have a differnent color to their internal fluids.

Did high level Freemasons put blood and other body parts of innocents into the concrete mix sometimes? I’m speculating yes
Is there blood in the Hollywood Walk of Fame?:
Marmorite was/is tinted red with blood, it is also known as terrazzo:
