@Psychanaut, I am going to go ahead and give this a "Potential Lead" flair, despite the fact that the source is anonymous, since @Carmencita did turn up a what may be corroborating information. It at least bears further scrutiny. At this point in the investigation, I would rather err on the side more digging. I get the feeling from the Comments that's what most here desire.
