I don't think it's the same girl. It's possible, and that would be significant, but there is so much interesting info here everyone seems to be ignoring.
Another link has been found between Obama/Clinton/McCain -> Alefantis -> creepy pedo artist. That's where we should dig, rather than goose chase whether that little girl grew up, had rhinoplasty, and changed her name. Also, have you seen this other post?

How and why does she know Alefantis? Or Jennifer Joanou? Is Alefantis and Joanou linked?
