I tend to think this is her, because nothing Q posts is accidental. I just hadn't seen the plane crash victim linked to Agnes "All My Children" Nixon before. That's not really true though. There's no evidence he ever made more than one. He did custom ironwork and someone asked him for coffin that would serve as the base of coffee table. There's really no evidence it was a "child's coffin" as opposed to a scaled down coffin that would fit the size of the table. it was blown way out of proportion as usual.

The other part regarding the coffins is often mixed up. Scott Cummings, who is the father of Caris, the girl taped to the table, did indeed once make coffins, so he would have made them for all sizes.
