Interesting comment about the possible cause of the obstruction. Plausible for fecal impaction to occur via sodomy, causing a lethal infection should fecal bacteria enter blood stream. Possible through tears in the colon such as through anal rape. Absolutely agree with this statement.

Current working theory:

-Culprits: Steven Spielberg, the pervy tutor in Happy Days, the two producers of Rocky Road (most likely), the other men in that episode (less likely).

-Accomplices/Accesories: Heather's mother and step father. Heather may have been treated as a cash cow.

-Cause of death: Obstruction via fecal impaction caused by insertion of foreign object (ie anal rape). Complications via infection caused by fecal bacteria entering blood stream through tears in rectal tissue.
