I recently found an interview with Jeff Kasky, father of Cameron Kasky on a talk about leadership (link not archived because I am an idiot and suck with archiving youtube links). In it he says that while he is not religious he is from a Jewish family and has worked with Jewish Adoption and Family Care organization (JAFCO) on multiple occasions. I checked the place out and at first I found no dirt. Then I found the site the truth about JAFCO which alleges that JAFCO hates Orthodox Jewish families and does not want anything to do with them. This statement was later reechoed on the site Reactionary Times which also states that JAFCO refuses reunification with biological parents even when doing so is in breech of Florida law and gave to families where the kids were beaten and molested. I'm not sure if the info on the Reactionary Times site is correct as I have yet to find any other places saying this, so temperance is important, but it looks like an area which deserves to be looked into further.
