I've only discovered this so I don't have much to add. But if you only think about the already documented CIA activity in child trafficking it is not difficult to see some possibilities.

Anthony Lake was UNICEF executive director from 2010-2017. Has an intelligence background and worked with the Clintons. No need to say more.

Current UNICEF executive director, Henrietta H. Fore, should be looked into. which I'm trying to do now

What do you mean an intelligence background? He was a foreign service officer and served at NSC. His nomination to head the CIA was heavily opposed by Senate Republicans and he did not move to the CIA.

I forgot that you folks think the CIA was competent and succeeded with this.

They couldn't even put together a decent interrogation program.

and Monarch was not discussed during the Church Committee because it's not a thing.
