When she had not returned by the next day, her parents reported her missing. The police dept. categorized her as a Runaway. Mm Hm. A man? Idk, something does not sit right with me. Washington DC is known for their branding so many children as Runaways. Peter Newsham is still Chief of Police DCPD. But they are not the only ones. All reports of missing children should be assumed to be kidnapping cases until investigators can provide evidence (court standard) that says it’s a runaway.

I wonder how many children have died over the years because of that wrongful classification.

Even cases that are actual runaways should be investigated until the child is found if under 18 in my opinion.

There are even cases in DC where police were arrested in some cases and I propose (allege) that this case like some others go unchecked and if they are found dead then they find someone to fill the bill of the perp. If I find that article I will post it. It stinks like 3 Day Old Fish.
