NDA's are common business practice for companies and even small businesses. If I own a barbecue sauce factory, high tech/other, I would not want employees giving away the secret ingredients or techniques. This is an obvious abuse of this system, and I wish her justice.

They're called NDA's, and they shouldn't exist. Lawyers shouldn't be able to use the courts to enforce something as unamerican as punishing speech.
