Just a friendly reminder that starting tomorrow, December 18th, Twitter will be monitoring users "On and Off of the platform" http://archive.is/aWMxe While Twitter says they are just trying to cut down on white supremacy, I would be willing to bet that users who post about pizzagate on twitter or on voat likely won't be getting a blue check mark anytime soon. While there are probably ways to stop Twitter from tracking you with this "supercookie", I will refrain from suggesting any as I haven't researched the subject heavily. If any of you have some suggestions or tried and true methods, please feel free and list them in the comments here. If you are just researching Twitter posts, play it safe and use archive.is to avoid any potential tracking by Twitter.
EDIT 1: I agree with both @R34p_Th3_Wh0r1w1nd and @migratorypatterns. It will be dangerous to link directly to Twitter but it will be important to monitor Twitter because a lot of discoveries/news happens there. Perhaps we could make a rule that all Tweets can only be posted to pizzagate via a third-party site, such as tweetsave or archive.is. I'm curious to what the rest of the community thinks though.

Can someone please educate the community on how they think this is -- in any way -- a bad thing? I've read every policy posted and the related coverage of it and outside of the link you posted that has a clearly bigoted viewpoint, I don't see how any of this affects Pizzagate, the research collected or continuing to use the tools available to us to share our information...
Actually, it sounds like this "don't use twitter" message is controlled OPPOSITION. Podesta can't tweet anything without being destroyed by those of us in the know...
Unless someone can point to exactly what the problem is and explain it easily to the masses, this argument is flawed and should be questioned -- not flagged as important...

Hi HuguWeaving, I appreciate your perspective. Yes, I agree we don't need actual racism on twitter. I came to voat for pizzagate, not for the anti-semetic and anti-black people posts you often see on the front page of voat.co. However, one main concern pizzagaters have had from the very beginning is privacy. In the past, when bad people have discovered the identity of someone on pizzagate, they will stop at nothing to prevent research on pizzagate. These old threads talks a little bit about that. https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1542271 https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1515777 Also, twitter has shown to be a place where pedos can hang out with no consequences. http://archive.is/Myut5 https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1538247 https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1705231 Twitter also has banned several pizzagate related accounts in the past. https://www.voat.co/v/pizzagate/1678736 https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1485589 https://www.voat.co/v/pizzagate/1684169 https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1789487 So to say that twiiter is only going after violent people or racists would be a misstatement. Unfortunately, twitter use its own virtue signaling to take down voices of good while leaving up vile pedophile accounts.
