The site also plans a new initiative to disable all comments on any videos featuring children in exploitative situations.

They will remove the comments, but won't take down the vids?!

I have no answer to explain that inconsistency, but, disabling comments is a start, I suppose.

apparently ...youtube is without logic. oh a video with children being 'insert disgusting thing' ...better disable the comments... not delete the vid...or the account if multiple vids exist.... just the comments... wtf

thats like ..oh no theres a fox eating the chickens .. ill fix the holes in the fence... but ill keep leaving the gate wide open.
