New VICE news article: "No one knows if porn is bad for you." I think there may be a child porn image on the picture that is with the article. (pizzagate)

Anyway... I'd never heard of VICE news. It airs on HBO and they just did a hugely popular video regarding the white nationalist rally in Charlottesville which is what introduces me to it. I was just glancing at their articles on their facebook feed and I came across this article. I haven't read it, but I was taken back by the photo accompanying the article. There are different blurred porno images and one looks like child porn. I can't tell for sure, but isn't that a young child that the women is holding in the picture that is in the 4th row from the left and the 4th row down.

Am I crazy? That looks like a child and I want to call them out but wanting to get another opinion. It is blurry so maybe I'm looking at it wrong?

This is related to pizzagate do to the possible connection to child abuse/child porn.

Unquestionably a child. The ratio of head to body is that of a toddler. The child's arm proportions are much smaller than that of the woman as is its right hand. Repulsive.

OK. Gotta jump in here. I come on Voat every single day and am VERY impressed with 99% of the research done here and I've spent the last 10 months of my life convincing EVERYONE I know that the concepts researched and discussed here are REAL and VALID.

BUT, Lia is a childhood friend of mine, and is simply a graphic designer at VICE. NOT A PEDOPHILE.

So, let's take a step back and stop jumping to conclusions. It is important not to just assume things. I'm not saying VICE as a publication is innocent - they're owned by NEWSCORP aka MURDOCH, but let's focus on the EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS and EDITORS rather than the JOURNALISTS and GRAPHIC DESIGNERS.

Calm the fuck down. I dont need proof that im friends with the graphic desiner mentioned. The image is from porn hub, it was selected for a DIFFERENT vice article, and she accessed it thru their archives to make a mini graphic. Im not the fucking one to be challenging on something so fuckin minor. I just came here to tell you all that the graphics person who did this article isnt a fuckin pedophile.

I did let her know - i called her the second i saw this thread and filled her in on EVERYTHING that is discussed and researched here. Shes terrified now because she, like many other people in the creative field inspired by dark pop culture, is now under fire by researchers. I just came by to break the focus away from someone innocent and remind VOAT that its the BIGGER fish that approve the editorials and push rhetoric such as this.

I understand your position and was not claiming your friend did anything wrong in my post. I was simply asking if I saw what I thought I saw. Before my outrage set in, I wanted to make sure I knew what I was outraged about.

I appreciate the information you shared and am relieved that it may not be a child in these images, but wow... This looks like CP. There's so much porn out there that screen shots could have been pulled from. Why include this picture? I hope your friend has some kind of answer for you because I can't think of a good reason. They are sharing images that are made to look like child porn, but are actually midgets just pretending to be abused.

It's incredibly disturbing. "Pretend" child abuse images should not be showing up on a news website (or anyone's!!!) facebook feed.
