It's not a coninkydink the DoJ made that request now 8 months after the event. They're not after the Deploraball perps. That's just the excuse to get the names. The DoJ is going after the Charlottesville Smith-Mundt 2012 specialists. The "Blood and Soil" bull shit Brennan Gilmore cooked up was the last straw. That ain't gonna fly in America. Not now. If we recognize C'Ville to be a false flag, I surely hope POTUS & Co. do as well. What is real is 2 dead police officers. And I'll be dollars to donuts that the engine was hit by a high powered round or two.

I don't believe that for a second. The crash site looked like a brush fire. There were no engine parts or rotors. Those are extremely durable parts and aren't destroyed even in violent collisions. Also a helicopter crash is a very low energy event relative to a fixed wing plane crashing. In fact all helicopters can auto-rotate even if their engine gives out.

Possible, but:

1) The MO is to kill cops. Not fake their death.

2) Eyewitness accounts claim autogyro while in flameout and full inversion.

3) The level of crash energy is largely dependent upon the amount of fuel onboard.

Options:

1) The whole incident was faked/staged - what would be the point and that would be hard to keep under wraps.

2) It was pilot error - possible, rare under rural, familiar conditions. Almost no other examples of police helicopter crashes in the US exist.

3) Mechanical - again, possible, but these are highly maintained aircraft. The USG regular uses 50+ year old helos - UH1D and CH46 - in hostile areas. If maintained, a good aircraft will always remain a good aircraft.

4) Sabotage - unlikely, very difficult to attempt, helo guarded by police, unless inside job.

5) Attack - A very difficult shot, and also need to know flight path (see flight plan filed with FAA). 1-3 well placed high-power rounds into a non-combat helo engine housing would likely cause a terminal failure and loss of control.

And, I have friends who are LE in Albermarle. The entire crash investigation is now multi-agency (not just FAA) and is being completely kept under wraps.

I've only seen BLM and Black Panthers doing that recently. And between you and me what I've learned the past 9 months I can finally understand why they are so pissed off. The problem there is the police weren't "on the menu" in Charlottesville. The "Nazis" were. Wouldn't a pissed off black guy shoot a "Nazi" over some guy in LE?

The only motive involving anger I can think of would be some KKK white neo Nazi thugs fucking with the the state police but that doesn't pass muster. Obviously many in LE are right of center. It's hard to imagine Nazis shooting people on the right.

That's all the evidence I need. If I was in LE and had two of my friends killed I'd make sure that crash site was plastered all over every paper in America and played non-stop on cable news to remind people what happened. Blue lives matter after all. There is no such effort and that would fit more into a Smith-Mundt style media hoax to influence public opinion against paid actors "Nazis". There's only 2 pictures because they don't want to get caught in a lie.

Think about almost every other small/general aviation accident. The FAA/NTSB releases the cause usually within a day or so it is very apparent. The lack of information coming out about the downed helo should be telling. You would think VSP would want to get word out quickly that it was "mechanical" or "pilot error".

As I write, I see that this airframe is being reported as having been in a hard landing with no injuries in 2010. And no distress call apparently.
