Dear VOAT lawyers, Judicial Watch, other judicial watchdogs, and concerned citizens
We, the people, need to get a motion filed in federal court to disqualify Steve Wasserman from the Awan criminal case. If you are not a lawyer, you can help contact one or Judicial Watch and encourage them to file one. Usually, the defense will file this motion when a prosecutor has a conflict of interest arising from becoming a necessary witness to the case. Usually, no one has to worry about a prosecutor who has a familial relation to the case because the prosecutor would automatically recuse themselves. Usually defense files the motion because they are the affected party of the conflict of interest. In this case, Wasserman would potentially be helping defense, so the affected party in "United States v. Awan" would be the United States. Thus, as a US citizen, any one of us would have standing to file this disqualification motion, no?
While I would happily file a motion, I refuse to dox myself. I already did a large portion of the work on a different thread (albeit, I used the USAG handbook as the rules referenced instead of caselaw).

As stated before, the Awan investigation has deep, potential ties to pizzagate. https://squawker.org/all/steven-wasserman-brother-of-debbie-wasserman-schultz-to-oversee-awan-family-investigation/
