big upvoat. this is one of the oddest things i've seen recently.

one of the locations matches to a pediatrician whose office is right next to my parents' house of 34 years. I know for a fact there's never been a 'bistro' in that building...hell, there's never even been a restaurant there.

No it is not a missing link. The website is aggregating wrong. This article is a joke and non-techs can't figure it out.

Any business that has Joseph in the name is being propagated into this dead restaurant's feed. it is totally bogus.

For example the Lompoc version of this restaurant is called Joseph Blair Wines:
