Yeah... no, you'd have to see them commit an actual crime. Nothing we've seen to date qualifies any one to conduct a citizens arrest.
And if you do see any Elite public figure committing an atrocity of this magnitude, film everything, and beat the absolute shit out of them prior to issuing your citizen's arrest.
"Nothing we've seen to date qualifies any one to conduct a citizens arrest". Really?
Laws for making a citizen's arrest: For a felony, a private person can make a citizen's arrest if he or she has probable cause. The citizen needs trustworthy information that the suspect committed the felony. The citizen does not have to see it happen.
And here's probable cause: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Probable_cause
"A reasonable amount of suspicion, supported by circumstances sufficiently strong to justify a prudent and cautious person's belief that certain facts are probably true"
With all due respect, you simply don't have cause for a citizen's arrest. Your probable cause has to about a specific instance of a specific crime.
Like I saw you shoplift that item in my store today. Or I saw you breaking the window of that blue honda last night.
If you don't understand how these laws work on a deeper level than reading wikipedia, you could be opening yourself up to arrest or being sued. For example
film everything, and beat the absolute shit out of them prior to issuing your citizen's arrest.
This is absolutely a crime. A crime even if the guy is guilty. A citizen making an arrest has far less leeway than the cops and use force can result in an assault charge. A citizen's arrest still needs to be done within the law. Vigilantism will leave you in legal jeopardy.
If if the child was actively endangered and they attacked you to escape the situation? Self defense bro! And defending the well-being of a minor...
In all actuality, if any horrid crime like this was committed outside of their subterranean rape dungeons and there was a witness - the best, realistic course of action would be to film it/periscope it and call 911.
An attempted citizens arrest would likely get you Vince Foster'ed before the cops showed up.

This part is nuts
This part is reasonable.

You can use a reasonable amount of force. And you have the right to defend yourself. However, if you go in with the plan to beat the guy up and then claim self defense, you're at risk. Self-defense is only the amount of force needed to defended yourself. If he pushes you, and punch him and knock down, you just can't start whaling on the guy either. The possibility of things escalating is why it's almost always better to let the cops arrest the guy.
You would need to be sure of this though
If if the child was actively endangered..................And defending the well-being of a minor...
A crime has to be committed for you to make a citizen's arrest, in most cases a felony needs to be actually committed. The language you use here is vague. If you have reasonable suspicion and your perform a citizen's arrest. AND THE PERSON DID NOT COMMIT a crime (or a felony crime where that's the statue), then you just put yourself at legal risk for false imprisonment. If you used any force, you can be arrested for assault.
Let's say you see a known stolen car parked outside a house. And a guy walks of the house and you grab his shirt and say I'm performing a citizen's arrest on you. The guy says get off me, and pulls out of your grip and you grab the guy in a bear hug so he can't get away. That is probably a reasonable amount of force if HE STOLE THAT CAR. If his neighbor stole the car, and parked it in front of his house, you just committed assault and false imprisonment.

Here's what a felony is - I'd say 50% are related to Pizzagate: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony

I'll be sure to thoroughly consider all of these points if I see a high powered elite assaulting a child.
