Yeah... no, you'd have to see them commit an actual crime. Nothing we've seen to date qualifies any one to conduct a citizens arrest.

And if you do see any Elite public figure committing an atrocity of this magnitude, film everything, and beat the absolute shit out of them prior to issuing your citizen's arrest.

Technically you just need probable cause and a reliable source for a citizens arrest of a person committing a felony, at least in the state this article is referencing. However, I have absolutely zero real knowledge of how citizens arrests actually work beyond the ibformation in this article.

Anyone who has an actual working knowledge on the subject, I would be curious to know if I am correct, or how this would work at the federal level.
