In /v/pizzagate submission 1645566 worldcorpo videos include a voice speculated to be Podesta's. [https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1645566].
In one the voice is commanding (training, programming, as in CIA MKULTRA programming?) to tell him what his name is, i.e., what name he should be called. This is important because if it is what we think it is, this is the handler's code name, i.e. "Skippy." The man is adamant with raised voice that the child use this name rather than any other, which would likely be his real name. This would be for obvious reasons: to maintain the anonymity expected by a CIA operative and MKULTRA programmer.
A short but important backstory as to how the CIA operates, it uses what are called NOCs. A non-official covered officer (NOC) is an operative offered complete anonymity by the CIA. They maintain their cover (which could be anything--doctor, lawyer, politician, CEO, etc.) while guaranteed non-disclosure and state protection. (See Valerie Plame's Fair Game for a description of a NOC.)
A list of CIA operatives active in the 1960s was found in a notebook of George de Mohrenschildt after he died (likely killed). He had a notebook containing contact information of other CIA operatives including George H.W. Bush (codenamed "Poppy"), William F. Buckley (the journalist and television show host) and others. (The photo from his notebook showing a page full of names has apparently been scrubbed from the Internet. If anyone knows where it can be found, please advise.)
This information is referenced by Tarpley in his unauthorized bio of Bush-41.

In the mafia the boss (capo) was sometimes referred to as Father. But a codename and contact info is necessary in the CIA for reasons of secrecy. Is it the case that the man in the worldcorpo video is an MKULTRA programmer with a CIA cover as lobbyist and political insider? Would this be John Podesta?

For MKULTRA purposes there could be more than one code name.
