You would have to link him to Dulles as far as OSS. I just skimmed the reddit piece ... just keep in mind that it is very doubtful that explosives were used (kinetic) ... Dr. Judy Wood's theory of directed energy weapon is extremely plausible. So be careful w/ the "rigged for explosives" part of this story.

Wow, I couldn't understand that, too complicated for me. My son is working on his master's in engineering but I don't talk to him about it. There's a guy on Facebook that represents Dr. Wood (she herself never gets on there) ... I bet if you sent it to him he could get it to her. But what makes you think she wouldn't already know about this? You know this goes back to Tesla right? And cold fusion? There's a good 60 minutes piece on a guy whose career was destroyed over cold fusion. You could simply catch her at one of her lectures, she was near me last year but I couldn't make it. She's a very maligned woman btw it's disgusting. She knows about HAARP and talks about it. What the heck, are you an engineer or physicist or something? Do you believe we went to the moon btw?
Yes I am an electronics engineer (amongst some of the professions I practice). I know it goes way up there into the pst. However, from watching J. Wood's presentation "Where did the towers go?", she postulates about the directed energy weapon. She however is a matter physcisist and much less of an electronics engineer. She did not hint at how the directed energy weapon was given shape; form in our world. How it would manifest and how it would be feasible and much less how it would work (at the abstract technical level, principles).
The sheets I linked describe the high-level functionality to implement a DEW given our current standing of technology, and with known, existing tech like the HAARPS stations. They now (Stanford Uni I believe) have papers out on how they're conducting ELF research with it.
The sheets might help J. Wood in getting down to the aspects of the DEW better, also offering support for its existence in the form outlined in the sheets.
She may be simply "dodging" some things, as she does, esp publicly, if she feels she can't explain it properly. Dunno, my guess is that she would know something of what you're talking about but if not maybe you could be an asset. She hates speculation I know that. You sound brilliant. But can you write poetry? (Joke.) What about the moon landings (if you don't want to answer no problem).
Edit: It's very possible she has been in touch w/ sound engineers also. But it wouldn't hurt to try and reach her.
