OK- so according the police report: of the address of the murder (2134 FLAGLER PLACE NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20001) and looking at SEIU offices nearby:

32BJ SEUI Officers This office is about 2 miles away from the murder location.

There's also SEIU 722 Officers The office is also about 2 miles away also from the murder location.

And then we have at about 2 miles away again, The SEUI Headquarters and conference center from the murder location.
