What caught my eye was the swirly Pedo symbols in the logo. Which if you notice if you have the site open also is displayed on your web page Tab in the browser window. Not only is it a swirl, but I also noticed that it is blue, like the one displayed in the FBI Document. That peeked my curiosity. So I decided to look a bit further.

After translating the page it looks like an adoption agency based in Quebec.

Came across the name "Nathalie Tremblay"

Decided to punch it into Advangle, along with "Clinton"

On page 17 of the report you find - Nathalie Tremblay. Listed as one of the volunteers/organizations affiliated with Cuso International.

The section translated reads:

On page 21 you find the below (translated to english):
