If we want to get to the bottom of what happened to Seth Rich on July 10th, 2016, we are going to need feet on the ground in the area where his murder occurred. Unfortunately, I am located in the Mid-West and can't get out the D.C. myself. If anyone does want to do some of this work, I will provide assistance any way I can.
Here's what I would do. Seth's last known location was Lou's City Bar in D.C. We are told that he left the bar incredibly drunk, and walked towards the site of his murder on the 2100 NW block of Flagler. I opened up a google maps walking directions, and there are several different routes he could of taken. Under normal circumstances, it appears that it should only take around 35 minutes to make the walk. For some reason it took Seth several hours. Now there are several businesses that are open 24 hours a day along these routes. IHOP is right across from Lou's City Bar, and a visit in person might get some good info. What we are primarily looking for are surveillance cameras. My suspicion is that he was tailed for most, if not all of his walk. We need to find out if this was premeditated. If these businesses aren't willing to help out, try walking the different routes to the site of his murder and keep your eyes out for personal security cameras in the residential areas. DO NOT HARASS RESIDENTS! If you find a security camera, ask politely if they would be interested in helping out with a murder investigation. If they are not interested, then move on.
I'll update this as more ideas come to me. Be polite, be safe, and be persistent. No one else is going to do the job, so it's up to us. Good luck.

It's my understanding that Seth went to the Wonderland Ballroom after Lou's because it was open till 3 whereas Lou's closed at 2 am; however that doesn't explain where he was between 3 and 4:20.

He was Hungarian(?) - name change from Alterjevik [or something like that] @ 3:45 Could he have been Bosnian/Serbian, I wonder? Plenty of trauma in a war zone.
