What I don't understand is who is Haleigh Cummings and how is Florida and Minnesota involved. This is confusing. Was she transported from one state to another? Or what?

She is a little girl that came up missing outside of Jacksonville a few years back. She has never been found. This guy did some investigating on it and his life has become hellish because of it.

Thanks for the info. I don't like thinking of what might have happened. There is lot of money to be made on CP and snuff. I hope for the best.

I just went on Mr Holmseths you tube page and listened to some of the recordings he has about this case...very emotionally evoking. Its been a long time since I have heard anything about this case but it was very upsetting as I am from Florida and lived close to where this occurred. You cant help but get emotionally involved as its a childs life! I just hope that she is found alive.

From what I can tell, Timothy Holmseth, the reporter/author, lives in Minnesota, but that Haleigh Cummings was from Florida.

Timothy has worked in the field of social work and was required to pass state and federal background checks before hire. He ws also interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 and was deemed credible by the agent.

In 2009 Timothy was contacted by the private investigator working for the mother of a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings. He began to conduct interviews in advance of a magazine feature regarding the missing child, which resulted in his obtaining highly sensitive information regarding the activities of organized crime in Florida.

This wants to make me look up her case. HaLeigh Cummings. So my suspicion of her being taken from one state to another is correct. It is kidnapping over state line. FBI.
