I am totally shocked at the cruelty inflicted on the nuns in this nuns testimony! As a little girl of 7, I was put into a Catholic Orphanage called Father Hudsons here in the UK, because of a breakdown in my parents marriage. I remember the nuns being so cruel, especially to my little sister aged 6 for wetting the bed, they also used to hit me in the night with a long bamboo stick for making any noise or not being able to go to sleep. Thank God my mom and dad got together again and we managed to ‘get out’ of that place. As a result for years whenever I saw a nun, I would look at them and think, what a hypocrite!
