The track record of the Catholic church speaks for itself... now with the pope involved in the "fake news" spectrum, on the wrong side, it couldn't be more obvious. I can't imagine God condones the abuse of children, but the church wants everyone to look the other way.
While I normally take a neutral stance on religion - fuck them. Fuck this dirty religion from their top down chain of corruption.
After Pizzagate exploded I often found myself thinking everyone knows every pope is a peado, the Vatican is rife with them and so seem to be a lot of churches. So why does this just carry on. Why, how and when did this acceptance of that's how it is come about? It's weird.
Because the fear of going to hell that the "church" instills in them keeps them in denial. Hear no evil, speak no evil. All the parishioners have to do is keep certain rituals (which have become quite slackened over time) and they can live as they list and still be saved. Why mess up a good thing by pointing out its "shortcomings"?
