Trump has personally intervened to secure the release of a suspected human trafficker. Why? Why not let Egyptian court system do its (admittedly hopelessly 3rd world) job? Why would Trump intervene? What are the circumstances around this woman's arrest? 2 yrs in prison without trial? c'mon.... Obama admin wasnt interested to save her... what does this mean

The US couple stated during the investigations that they had forced the children to have sex with each other in order to record them in a pornographic film production.

The charges WERE NOT mentioned in the US media reports. Those are heavy claims in the article, so how was this dismissed? Unsure what to think here.
