All of this information is really emotionally tough to work with but it's very easy to sort through. I sorted only the child abuse done by "GROUP HOME" and am going to sort for "FOSTER CARE".....BY STATE:
If you look at it it's all 50 states with the "totals" it's possible to then use that to go state by state and look at where these Group homes are. Is this a network or are they not connected? Now we can at least start to deal with real numbers (one year) at a time.

This is interesting. Are these convictions or reported cases? Parents are the worst offenders by far, which surprises me. And I bet that is under-reported. Or is that reported by CPS to justify removing the child from the home?

They have an entire different section for CPS! it's all sorted and organized. Insane that we have NEVER heard of this "bureau" before...
