This appears to be a new clip from the original "FatherHood" video discovered on the WorldCorpo website, where John Podesta is allegedly screaming at a child in a shower. In this version JP is screaming "...stay in water...don't disrespect me...." thoughts? It is hard to listen to...I only watched it once...I'll remove this if it has already been posted and discussed. http://www.worldcorpo.net/content/video/fh_recovered.mp4

There are multiple examples of Podesta's voice cracking even during interviews and speeches. Here again, this person's voice cracks regularly when he is yelling. To me, this is the biggest tell. Still thinking it's him.
