Following this link, http://lhohq.appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.net/2007/06/media-savvy-government-funded-project.html?m=0, I removed stuff to get to the root domain (appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.net) which is just a weird model of a revolving shape of arches.

Hitting F12 to get to the dev tools you can see that in the source of the page there is the comment that says "All That Matters is the Appearance of Control.", googling this you can find the only direct quotation of this is in a book entitled "Beckett, Deleuze and the Televisual Event: Peephole Art" by Colin Gardner, originally published on 1 January 2012, fairly recent but not that new. The title of this book leads me to believe it is connected with the strange art found on the http://octagon.lhohq.info/justin-bieber.html page but I could not find any more connections.

I then googled "Applied Chaos Dynamics Control Association" to reveal a set of strange whitepapers on the site, these whitepapers look to be on the topic of psychological manipulation and the use of imagery to subtly manipulate the brain, these papers contain very strange subheadings like

Coherent action is increasingly framed as war

Cartesian Projection of 5th Dimensional Boundary Conditions

We safeguard objectivity

Quantum gate-like systems work with unfolded information fields.

Some of these subheadings and topics are very real and are actively researched at legitimate labs and universities but most of them sound like the works of insane people.

At the bottom of each of these papers is a link to this: http://10tothe10tothe118th.appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.net This page is full of images that look SCP-like. Clicking on the image of 3 1 4 on the left leads to this http://thefireisillumination.appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.net, I don't want to go deep into this as at this point I feel like I'm gonna be targeted or something.

Clicking through more links I came across the subdomain of http://acdca.appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.net, on this page is a link to http://orifice.lhohq.info.

THIS PAGE LITERALLY ALERTS MEMBERS OF WHATEVER THIS ORIFICE IS THAT PEOPLE ARE INVESTIGATING THEM

More links deep and I find this: http://subproject119.appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.net The binary on the page doesnt decode to anything in any encoding or any language whatsoever. The page also has another link to the Complex Even Processing page, there are hundfreds more binary encoded messages or programs or whatever on this subdomain

More links, http://symbiot.appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.info This is literally an anti-Trump blog, someone who actively hates Trump with a passion is running this one. There are hundreds of links to petitions on this one so maybe its an outsourcing petition manipulation program or something.

FINALLY AN OFF SITE LINK http://exemplar-fragmentorum.appliedchaosdynamicscontrolassociation.net/ambrose-mnemopolous/ links to https://scientropic.wordpress.com hat seems to be a legitimate climate science blog but the associated twitter account, https://twitter.com/mnemopolous, looks to be either a young person shitting on people or a group of non-cooperating people. The name of the blog, "Sapientia et Doctrina" is taken from the latin version of Book of Ecclesiastes and translates to "wisdom and knowledge".

I am not going any further because I'm legitimately creeped out.

I got through about 25% of this and it's screaming either

1) CPP/Fatherhood video style trap but this time dealing with MKUltra/Eugenics.

2) Graduate level LARPing.

3) Evidence of art being used to launder money for god only knows what.

4) Ted Kazinski was released on parole and is taking his vows at the Mount Athos monastery in northern Greece and his monastic day job is to upgrade their IT infrastructure.

I've been wrong before, I'll keep checking in on it but I'd keep it in the back of your mind this could be another trap.

All the MK-Ultra, Catholic, obscure quantum physics is too obvious. It's in your face. "The lady doth protest too much.". It's too random. It's like trying to create a truly random number on a computer. It's next to impossible to program randomness. If you use a computer you will always see traces of the random number generator in the pseudo-random data it produces. Same thing here, there's just a little too much randomness.

They love to do this slight of hand. CPP wasn't the crime scene. That was in some ultra-rich elite hotel hiding in plane sight inside a mundane office building somewhere you'd never in a million years ever guess was involved in anything. Or a place like the UAE owned residence that caught on fire and burnt to the ground. By the time we saw it everything was gone.

But like I said I could be wrong. I'm not making up my mind yet so don't give me shit about this "a little too random" theory.

I am right there with you. Hiding in plain sight. That is their MO. So obvious that it is unseen. Again, we have been shamed into not accepting the obvious because it is deemed a "conspiracy theory". I remember the fire, and that some people were shooting it down, probably just a fire. Probably just the propane they suggested.

Yep, I totally agree. What worries me having learned their MO and what telltale signs to look for is what about the stuff we're not even thinking about. What about stuff that may never come out.

Actually that scares the shit out of me knowing how fucked up these people are.

They sure are, that. Red Pilling of the Masses is of the highest order. That will be a game changer, for better or worse. I think it should all be released to the internet, ala Wikileaks.
