Taking a selfie with the kid sleeping in the backseat of a car doesn't really qualify as pedophile behaviour. More troublesome is the lack of professionalism within an organization that prides itself and demands professionalism from its members. Anyone willing to step that far outside established decorum I wouldn't want in a position of responsibility.
