As far as so many children in adoption agencies in the states that have physical and mental disabilities it's because more than 80% of these children in the system are removed unjustly as there is no abuse. States receive more money from the Fed if a child has medical complexities. A child without complexities will average 85k reimbursement whereas a child with complexities can return over 100k in subsidies and is the reason those children are heavily targeted for removal.
And his own business's registration (for the llc) lists an address for a lawyer who was a crimes against children prosecutor who was snatched up from private practice to go work for the Obama Admin. It's normal to have a lawyer for that address listing and it doesn't even need to be your most retained lawyer. It's just odd to use a lawyer in such a high end for that sort of thing. It's really just to hide your personal address (normal practice). But normally you would use someone you already have a relationship with or find some lackey to do it. Why is a crimes against children expert his go to lawyer for odds and ends?

He has many friends it's interesting to note that one is listed as a CPS child investigator from Florida and another is a CPS social worker in VA
