I search links only right now. I tested with titles and many times, even when properly quoted, if a word is common enough, or whatever their algorithm is doing, it will search variations of a word or exclude words. This leads to a large amount of results not really relating to the topic and dilutes it. It very rarely does this with links because they are unique enough that google doesn't try to intervene and just does what you ask.
